It’s because of the cold weather. We keep blankets on our couch during the winter and fall.

Why do grannies never make afghans in colors that match? Even vaguely match? Some kind of evil grannie revenge?

In the living room the couch afghan I could actually ‘like’. I also think grannies stop and change yarn color half way through the strip? More grannie revenge!

I was thinking about this just today as a coworker was telling me about washing the blankets that stay on the chairs all fall and winter. It gets cold round here!
