Here’s a fixer-upper for you to enjoy. Imagine living there. Someone did.

The kitchen features ugly tile which clashes nicely with the ugly wallpaper and beat-up cabinets.

Photo mural. The prettiest part of the house. More fancy tile work.

Enclosed patio. Why? Looks horrible. The loose electric wire looks like a noose.

This might be what the outside of that enclosed patio looks like. And we don’t like what it looks like.

Let’s shed a tear for this ugly shed and tear it down.

It is all fixable but the price is going to have to be rock bottom to make it worthwhile. What a shame. It obviously was a nice house, once upon a time.

I think this is a concerned citizen. We are all told to recycle….in my state pretty soon the Recycle Nazi’s will be knocking on our doors…so here is a seller who is following orders and all he gets is crap for it. You just can’t win.

I agree - I would take that on as a fixer-upper if I could get it cheap enough.

You see that kind of photo mural in photos of of abandoned derelict mental institutions.

If something is recycled, that doesn’t mean it has to look like crap, if you respect and understand your materials and apply them with skill and craftsmanship, no one should even know they are recycled in the first place.
They probably had too much junk around the house, and enclosed the patio instead of building a new and larger shed for storage.

The blue paint looks like it was done by a professional.
