Show buyers that they can get full use of their lot.

What city laws?

Yep.

Shade is very important during hot Phoenix summer days.

I think I’ll park on their lawn too when I show their house.

Where I live, all the houses were built in the 50’s. They included a 1 car carport and that is all. It is quite common to see cars in the yards. The streets aren’t wide enough to park and drive on. And the concept of a 1 car family has gone the way of the Dodo bird. Sometimes we just have to make the best of the situation we have.

Now, they can buy MY place (which we just listed for sale). You can park 3 motorhomes AND your cars in my driveway and not even touch the lawn. I have a 15,820 sq. ft. lot, and it’s mostly front yard. I can’t even imagine living in one of these houses with no room to park anything.
