Does the poor realtor really have to show these AS IS? These are beyond a little “staging” ahead of the open-house. What do you tell interested buyers when they’re done throwing up in the back yard?

You tell them you’d like to show them the rest of the house as soon as they are through throwing up in the backyard. And you tell them to make it snappy too, because you haven’t got all day.
