Actually, as an occasional mural painter myself, I think it’s beautifully done, and the room has a great Mediterranean feel. Of course it’s not to everyone’s taste and probably should have been painted over (after preserved in several photos), but I like it, and if I were in the market to buy, it would be a selling point.

—2nd thought; upon closer inspection it looks as if the arches are physically built over a painting that looked better initially .. I thought it was Trompe l’Oeil. Okay, I take it back. It’s not that great at all.

I don’t understand the build out of the walls. That top edge is just another dirt catcher. That said, I do like the mural. It is a bit of color in that white room and breaks up the long run of walls. It will take a special buyer to work around this wall.
