This might be news to some home owners, but homes do need maintenance. This owner didn’t get the memo.
They paid $225,000 for this home in 2006 and thought that was all that was needed.
It was just purchased from the bank for $55,000. Now someone else gets to fix it up.
A little cleaning might have helped.
That hole wasn’t going to fix itself.
They turned a blind eye to the repairs needed around the house.
Replacing the A/C filters would have helped reduce dust in the air.
The closet door goes on this thing called a track.
Keeping water from splashing out of the shower would have prevented this.
Water heaters don’t last forever.
