It’s supposed to be a patio, where buyers can envision hanging out with friends and relaxing. Not a storage room.

If you are handy & like to do projects #1 would be the way to go. Of course, you would consider the cost of it when you make an offer on the house. The others you just have to use your imagination & work with what’s there.

I wonder if photo #1 there was concrete, but they had torn it out to pour a new slab and never got around to it
