When a seller advertises new windows, be sure the windows are installed.
When a seller advertises a spa, be sure it’s clean and operational. Yuk.

The pool table is a testimonial to a marriage. First year it’s used for a certain something which has nothing to do with pool, and years later it’s used for everything else but pool.

I have to assume the purpose of that tiny closet in that nasty basement means someone actually had a bedroom there?!
