Clutter in the kitchen. Yes, buyers could look past the clutter and appreciate the home’s good features. However, reality is most buyers would prefer clean and tidy and will associate clutter with the sellers not caring about and not caring for the house.

No, Thanks anyway. If it was listed looking like this, what does it look like when no one is taking pictures? What is hiding under all those piles of stuff? The only room that looks halfway cared for is the kitchen.

why would a Realtor ALLOW pictures to be taken like this of a house they are trying to sell? Better yet, why would the seller want their house shown like this? Totally confuses me.
