We usually show ugly homes that are renovated into beautiful homes. Not so in this case. The most recent owners were not as tidy as the previous owners.
Here’s how the house looked out front when it was purchased in 2008 for $212,000.

By 2012, they had killed the palm trees. It was sold as a short sale for $110,000.

I’m guessing from how neat and clean the “before” pics looked, those owners didn’t have kids.

Some people deserve to be homeless.

They shouldn’t be allowed to breed… but as evidenced by the baby toys, too late!
I don’t feel sorry for the fact that their house went to Short Sale- from the way they treated their house they didn’t deserve to be home owners in the first place. Then again, if they’re renting now, I feel sorry for their landlord!

How can you kill off mature palm trees in 4 years?

Murphy, those type of palm trees are queen palms
they are one of the more sensitive and require more water than other types of palm trees. The forclosure we bought had been vacant and unwatered just one summer. All the palm trees survived except for the queen palms, we had to have them all removed.
