I could spend all day speculating on the whys and hows of this house’s condition. It doesn’t matter in the end. This is a “from the frame out” re-hab. Don’t even want to guess what condition the plumbing and electrical is in. How sad. These were fairly nice houses, except for the kitchens, when they were new.

Looks like there’s no running water. They use jugs of water in the bathroom. This might have been a meth lab.
