That last photo says everything about a cat, doesn’t it? I mean a dog will get into bed with you because he loves you; a cat, on the other hand, will get into bed with you because he loves the bed.
    Darn cats. Got to love’em.

Ok, first off I have to agree with you. Animals don’t belong in these photos. BUT, #1 isn’t looking mean, he looks like he is ready to play with that big grin on his face. #2 - your eyes would look like that if someone woke you up with a flash from a camera. The only one that bothered me was those 2 poor pugs stuck in that small kennel. Of course, they might be like Grandpa’s dogs. They used to relieve themselves on the legs of strange men in their territory.

well, at least there is a chance the dogs in the crate won’t be biting you when you do a showing. With so many people allergic to cats these days the cat photos are a real great way to keep from even bothering to look.

    PICKY - You said it!
Yes, not everyone likes animals & I DON’T think it’s a good selling point to have them, but I would be more worried about Number One’s OWNERS biting you for making the assumption that their dogs is “mean”! As someone WITH pet allergies, I wouldn’t be put off by the pets. We have pets. We just don’t let them all over the house (Like no pets in bedrooms & we have two family rooms. One is pet free.) But I know I am one of the FEW that is willing to try & make it work. I’ve known people who wouldn’t even step into my home because of pet allergies. It’s just a bad idea to not only have pets in the photos but in the house to begin with if you are truly motivated to sale.
