Move Your Vehicles Please

Was it necessary to park your car on the front yard when the driveway and street are available?

Used car lot?  You can’t see the house.

This is a better angle, but…

“Mom, will you please move your car so I can play basketball?”  “Only after you take down the Christmas lights!”

The only photo provided for this home.  At least the basketball hoop isn’t located in a tree like the previous house.

Why do so many people park on their yards like that?

The ones with the car lots probably are rentals. Each room has a tenant and each tenant has a car. I live a few blocks away from one that has someone living in every room (including the converted garage) but the bathrooms. There’s eight cars in the front at any given time.

(asking price) - (sum of costs of cars parked in front) = offer
