Even if there was a perfect house nearby for sale, I would be hesitant to buy it. Why? Well, where I live now, if my yard looked one-tenth as bad code enforcement would be ticketing me daily and after a week or so, the city would be dragging me into court. So, if that yard can look that bad, what does that say about that neighborhood’s code enforcement?

I guess the cracked toilet seat explains the need for those value pack boxes of Women’s Assurance.

    When’s the open house!?

The photographer really needed to get the lighting right in his shots so viewers could fully appreciate all the details of this property.

Probably a home where illegal immigrants dwelled. The propane torch in the bedroom was probably used for crack, heroin or meth. Look at that piece of junk (even when it was brand new) General Motors Chevy Venture van in the two photos before the last one. A vehicle only a peasant would be seen in.
