Shirtless Joe’s Place

January 18th, 2017 · 8 Comments

Shirtless Joe welcomes you to his Tonopah, Arizona home. Please come inside.

There he is! Shirtless Joe!

Joe likes to cook.

The odor really affects your appetite.

P.E.A.C.E. = Please Extract All Clutter Elements

Joe likes to save everything.

Joe keeps a close eye on all of his possessions.

Is this what you call vehicular manslaughter?

You never know when you might need something. Better to have it available.

Here’s another angle of the pallets.

Let’s ask Joe if that room addition has a building permit.

It looks well-built.

That yard is looking a little tired.

Good luck.

Looks more like an episode of Hoarders. Even if this place ever sold what do you want to bet it would take an eviction notice and a crowbar to get Old Joe outta there

    It needs bulldozing. Absolutely disgusting.

If you ever dreamed of being a junkyard dog as a kid, here’s your ideal choice. That’s my take on the marketing strategy for this property.

I would be interested in seeing what the bathroom looked like. Surely no one will buy that house to live in…maybe to tear down and build something else?

Hard to believe that’s even for sale. Wonder what the purpose of listing it is. Can’t imagine anyone buying it, or even looking at it. Surely the land itself can’t be valuable enough to spend the time & money to clear it?
