Really nice renovation. It’s a cute little home for someone now.

Is it hard to grow trees and shrubs in Phoenix? Many of these homes have big barren gravelly yards that look like parking lots. Greenery can give shade, humidity and oxygen, as well as being more uplifting to look at! So many benefits. And there are plants adapted to desert environments.

JJ, it is very common for flippers to ignore landscaping. And most buyers don’t seem to mind. They’d rather have the house. Many buyers don’t have time to spend on yard maintenance. Another reason is that Phoenix has been in a drought for 10 years; there is pressure to conserve water. The last rainfall in Phoenix was August 23. We’ve gone 110+ days without rain.

These renovations are always an improvement and very nice looking, but they always look the same. Same flooring, paint, tile, and color scheme in almost every one. There’s nothing that stands out or feels unique.
