Breaking news (not really). The PSVR 2 manual has found its way online before its price and release date. Now that Sony’s virtual reality headset has entered mass production, manuals are understandably in the printing process. Sarcasm aside, if you’re really hungry for some PSVR 2 news then there are some interesting tidbits to be seen here. For example, the retail version of the device weighs 560 grams.
PSVR 2 manual screenshots show specifications, heat warning, and more
We won’t directly publish the screenshots here just in case Sony decides they’re worth copyright strikes (you never know), but you can check them out in the embedded tweets below.
Apparently the PS VR 2 Manual is getting printed/showing up online
Looks like they cut off about 70 grams from the dev kit (my image) to the final MP version (linked tweet) https://t.co/RRB5Z2jex5 pic.twitter.com/4t54slFjxr

It’s all standard stuff, really. Your play area needs to have proper ventilation for PSVR 2 to function correctly. Sony warns that if you use the headset in a hot area or somehow block the vents, a heat warning message will be displayed and the device will go wonky. Oh, and, don’t block the attachment sensor because that will cause the screen to stay powered on even if you remove the VR headset, causing a screen burn.
