PlayStation Stars, the new loyalty program aimed at all PS5 and PS4 players, is launching in North and South America today, October 5. Players in these regions can now join the free program through the PlayStation App on iOS and Android, or through the PlayStation website, getting a digital collectible just for signing up.
The PlayStation Stars campaigns and rewards
Players receive the Star Gazer Telescope digital collectible just for joining PlayStation Stars today in North and South America. As well as this collectible there are several other collectibles and point rewards on offer for players who complete the campaigns. These are the campaigns that are currently available:

Some may be wondering where they will get so many points from bearing in mind only one campaign offers a point reward. PS Plus members can earn points for their PlayStation Store purchases, including PS Plus subscription top-ups. Other methods of earning points are yet to be revealed.
